About this artwork
She had been gone for so long that even the tides had begun to forget her name.
But the sea never truly lets go of what it loves.
On the night the moon rose brighter than it had in years, the water stirred with a quiet knowing. A soft current curled around her, lifting her from the deep and guiding her toward the horizon she once called home.
The horse found her first — a creature of both land and tide, born from the meeting of worlds. He carried… her gently through the glowing water, each step sending ripples of memory toward the shore.
As they moved beneath the falling star, she felt the pull of something familiar — not a place, but a feeling. Hope. The kind she thought she had lost forever.
And so she let the water lead.
Not fighting, not fearing.
Just returning.
By the time the mountains opened to reveal the first light of dawn, she understood:
Home isn’t where she came from.
It’s where the water carries her when she’s finally ready to rise again.
