About this artwork
The painting “Greece” from my series “Breath of the City” is created in an impressionistic style and reflects the tranquil charm of a southern town bathed in light and warmth.
The scene shows a narrow Greek street with a small café on the corner. Under the shade of blooming bougainvillea, visitors rest at a table beneath a parasol, while whitewashed houses with sky-blue doors and shutters capture the essence of traditional island architecture.
Through… this work, I sought to convey the calm rhythm of a sunlit afternoon — that moment of peace when the city breathes softly in the harmony of light and shadow.
