In this piece, I immersed myself in the serene mystery of night, blending bold Fauvist colors with delicate Oriental influences. The luminous moon peeks through tangled reeds, symbolizing clarity amidst chaos. Using acrylic and spray, I layered vibrant blues to evoke a dreamlike, almost hypnotic energy—inviting you to feel calm yet alive, as if the magic of the moonlight is brushing your home with quiet wonder and inspiring reflection.

At the age 16 Nartana enrolled in the 'Fachoberschule fuer Gestaltung', followed by Fachhochschule fuer visuelle Kommunikation. in Aachen, his hometown. Nartana left Germany and traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas, eventually establishing himself as an artist and member of the Counsel or the Arts and the Society of Artists in Santa Fe, New Mexico and for the last 18 years living in Thailand.
