About this artwork
The boy runs up and jumps. And it doesn't matter what it will be the sea, the ocean or the river, the main thing is the feeling of flight and a few moments of absolute freedom and happiness... between the sky and the water. This work explores the theme of transitional fluctuations - physical, emotional and spiritual, where the fall becomes a metaphor for the search for a new balance in life. An open pose, almost fearless and at the same time defenseless,… the opposite of a person's natural desire to explore the new and unknown.
At work I use the highest quality pigments. They do not change colour or fade. Finishing varnish. Matt no glare varnish so looks good under direct artificial light.
To send the picture it will be packed in Bubble wrap and a cardboard box.
Painting is signed on front and back and dated by the artist as well as accompanied a Certificate of Authenticity.

Nata Zaikina is an artist based in Prague and has exhibited in the Czech Republic. Several of her works are also part of the permanent collection of the Wenlin Art Museum in China. She draws inspiration from growing up in the 70s and 80s, when her works captured figures in motion. Using sculptural aspects of contrasting contours and composition, Nata omits details to focus on light and color. She primarily creates in oil on canvas. Artworks are in private collections all over the world: United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia, China, Europe. "I try to show the hidden dynamics inside the static figure. I constantly get inspired by the human body. I specially love interesting light situations... "
