About this artwork
This work represents a moment of balance between the strength and calm of the ocean.
The wave advances powerfully under an open sky, conveying movement, depth, and serenity at the same time.
Through this piece I wanted to explore that duality also present in life and emotions: intense moments that, even in motion, retain a sense of inner peace.
It is a painting designed to generate contemplation and connection with the natural energy of the… sea.

Credentials
- Works on commission
I don't paint to fill walls. I paint to create connections.
The sea, women, and animals are my language for giving shape to emotions that often cannot find words.
In each work I explore the strength, calm, vulnerability and beauty of that which unites us as human beings.
I believe in an art that goes beyond decoration: an art that transforms a space, invites you to stop and remains in the life of whoever decides to make it their own.
I am Natalia Avondet, a Uruguayan artist based in Spain.
My work stems from observation, emotion, and the need to transform what I feel into images that can connect with others.
Each painting is an invitation to look, feel, and find something of oneself in it.
