About this artwork
This collage unfolds as a field of tension — between order and rupture, weight and flight. A grid of black and white squares evokes the pull of structure, the silent persistence of gravity. Within it, fragments of faces, hands, and textures emerge, colliding with patterns, texts, and shadows.
The composition becomes a metaphor for the struggle to break free: the human desire to rise above fear, doubt, and limitation. Each torn piece, each overlapping… image, carries both resistance and momentum, as if the work itself is caught in the very moment of takeoff.
“Takeoff” is not about escape but about transformation. It is the fragile, powerful threshold where heaviness turns into lightness, and chaos reveals its hidden order.
