A symphony of light and texture unfurls across the canvas, a serene yet dynamic interplay of hues and forms. "Violet Waves" invites the viewer into a dreamlike seascape, where paper-thin ripples of violet, lavender, and indigo dance like ethereal waves beneath a soft twilight glow. Each layer of translucent paper overlaps with delicate precision, creating a mosaic of blended tones that shimmer like the merging tides of sky and sea. The primed canvas… holds these fragments together like a quiet harbor, the tension of its stretched surface mirroring the taut anticipation of the horizon. The collage technique lends depth and texture, evoking a tactile sense of standing at the water's edge, feeling its cool embrace against your fingertips.
This piece is not just a depiction but an experience—a merging of material and imagination that lets the viewer drift into the fluid poetry of color and form.

Natalia Kazirelova is an artist based in Greece whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Austria and Russia. Through her art, she seeks to portray beyond what is visible, with the help of other tactile sensations. Kazirelova's favorite topic is ancient Greek mythology through the lens of a modern philosophical interpretation. Her figurative compositions, abstractions, and landscapes are created using acrylics and collage on canvas.
