Sea Hunters
The sea is my element — I return to it not to define it, but to follow its constant change. It is never still, never the same; its beauty lies precisely in this restlessness.
In this work, I was drawn to the meeting of water and land, where shallow reflections, wind, and movement of birds create a living, shifting space.
The seagulls here are not merely part of the landscape — they carry something of Baudelaire’s albatross: creatures… of freedom and air, effortless above the sea, yet fragile when brought closer to the ground.
For me, the sea reveals this duality — strength and vulnerability, permanence and transience — all existing within a single, fleeting moment.
