In “Two Birds and a Thought,” whimsical figures weave together in a playful cluster of curves, color, and curiosity. Two bird-like heads perch side by side, their bold red beaks pointing forward as if sharing a secret or observing something just out of view. Below them, a green figure hangs weightlessly, suspended in mid-gesture, adding a touch of acrobatic delight.
Bright accents of orange, blue, and red animate the composition like sparks of imagination,… while dotted details scatter across the background—thoughts, whispers, or fleeting ideas drifting through space. A tiny face peeking above in an orange beret hints at a hidden observer, quietly amused by the scene.
Bold black lines carve out unexpected relationships between shapes, creating a narrative that is both mysterious and joyful. The artwork becomes a meditation on attention—how one thought can flutter like a bird, and how two can lift each other into something new.
« Creation is infinite. It revolves around my emotions like soft waves of light. »
Originally from France and now based in Chicago, Nathalie Gribinski paints like one composes a symphony—each color a note, each line a breath of emotion. Initially a graphic designer, she found in painting the freedom to express her inner world. Her works, blending acrylics and oil markers, celebrate fluidity, color, and movement. Inspired by music, friendship, and the poetry of life, she translates emotions into visual harmonies where chaos and serenity coexist. After studying law in Paris, Nathalie combined the rigor of reason with the freedom of creation. Chicago was her awakening, the city where she discovered her true voice through color. A winner of international competitions, author, and digital artist, she constantly explores new territories, celebrating joy, resilience, and love in an infinite rhythm of color.
