It is a spring evening, when the days get longer, that this point of view of a stroll on the Perch trail inspired this painting to the artist.
The yellow color which is reflected in the waters of the river suggests that the day was sunny. it is a work in balance between the warm colors of twilight and the cold colors of water and sky. The reflections of the trees are like musical notes that give rhythm to the whole painting, this verticality allows… the imagination to extend the work outside of its canvas.
It is a painting that mixes the graphics and the poetry of nature, a modern painting that will find its place in a rustic or contemporary interior.
