Nathalie Van Barneveld loves to paint women, landscapes, and houses. The one theme that touches the Dutch painter and photographer is strong women who have changed the world. Her representation of beach houses signifies traveling or moving to a new location. All in all, her compositions convey a sense of 'feeling home', wherever you may find yourself. Van Barneveld enjoys working with palette knives and paint rollers, placing many layers on top of one another, such as in life.
