This work is deeply inspired by cave art and primordial visual languages. The essential, anthropomorphic figure recalls ancestral symbols and ritual representations, evoking a direct connection between human beings, nature, and the spiritual realm. The forms suggest a hybrid entity, suspended between human and animal, with references to the wild and to forest spirits.
Executed in white on white, the piece emphasizes materiality and texture, creating… subtle variations of light and shadow that shift depending on the viewer’s perspective. The absence of color enhances a sense of purity, silence, and timelessness.
