About this artwork
Here is a new series of works on 300 grams acid-free paper made with pure pigment, this new work digs and deconstructs reality more deeply, distortion of space, recomposition of abstract patterns where the wind (symbolic time) is omnipresent and slips through the ruins. There is change and there is no change. Disappearance and eternity. The paradoxes of our world, the mystery of our existence, the silence in the background. My approach consists of…
building a global poetic art through words, paintings, and sounds. The borders of colors and engraved lines delimit and flow into the fibers of the paper, the world is a horizon moving every second, the presence alone is real. The “Ruins” series speaks of this awareness that we evolve in this Heraclitean river and that reality is only the projection of our gaze. Behind this screen there is a domain to explore, an absolute to grasp.
