About this artwork
This painting is like a day in the old city, but not a real one, more like how it lives inside me.
Fragments, colors, bodies, walls, patterns… everything mixed together. The way you walk through narrow streets and suddenly everything is beautiful at once, even the cracks, even the chaos.
It’s about how I blend into places, how I absorb them, how they stay in me. The softness, the noise, the heat, the textures, the people you don’t know but somehow… feel.
There’s also something sad there, the feeling of not really being able to go back, not in the same way. But at the same time, a deep joy of being there when it happens. Fully in it. Alive.
I paint it like a dream because that’s how I remember things, not clean, not logical, but emotional, layered, a little wild.
Beauty is everywhere, if I allow myself to see it.
Noa Sade is a painter whose background weaves formal studies in art and music with autodidactic exploration and global travel. She embraces contemporary abstract figurative painting with neo-expressionist influences, using intuitive, layered techniques that intermingle abstraction and figuration through bold, unexpected color combinations and rhythmic patterns. Her artworks radiate a sensual, emotional freedom—evoking dreams, memory, and the wild beauty of living with both intensity and vulnerability.
