About this artwork
In this work from the “Reflections of Nature” series, I continue to explore the contemporary landscape as a field of sensation rather than geography. A flowing river cuts through luminous yellow fields and rises toward distant mountain peaks, creating a movement where color and rhythm speak louder than form. The composition unfolds as a dialogue between space and light, between solidity and reflection.
Impasto oil brushstrokes emphasize the tactile… surface of the painting, allowing the materiality of paint to become part of the experience. Cool blues and violets of water and mountains contrast with radiant yellow and green tones of the land, suggesting a transitional state of nature — poised between freshness and warmth, stillness and motion.
This is not a depiction of a specific place, but an emotional landscape — a quiet moment where light does not simply meet silence, but gently remains within it.

For this contemporary Israeli artist, art is like entering a portal into the unknown through self-analysis, touching on the artist's personal history. Born in the USSR, she has lived and worked in Israel since 1996.
She began studying painting in 2017 with professional artists and received a degree in contemporary art in 2025. Since 2021, she has participated in international competitions, exhibitions, and other projects. She has been a member of the Eurasian Union of Artists since 2021, and the Union of Sculptors and Artists of Israel since 2024. Her works are in private collections in America, England, Israel, and Russia. •

She creates paintings on medium-sized canvases, using oil paints, acrylics, and texture paste. She enjoys working not only with brushes but also with a palette knife, creating a variety of textures in her paintings.
