The picture shows a minimalist wall decoration with an abstract artwork on canvas. The painting consists of undulating, flowing shapes in different shades of blue, reminiscent of waves.
The canvas is attached to two wooden strips - top and bottom - which gives the artwork a stylish and natural presentation. A leather strap serves as a suspension. The style is modern and Scandinavian inspired, ideal for a calm and aesthetic interior design.
My name is Paola, I'm Italian, and I've lived in Germany for over ten years. Thanks to my father, a self-taught artist, I've been surrounded by art since childhood. I grew up surrounded by the scent of oil painting, with colorful hands and a heart full of curiosity. After art school, I studied cultural and monument preservation. But here's the paradox: in a country like Italy, full of art, there seemed to be no room for it. I came to Germany in search of a new beginning. Without a plan, but with hope. Here I found professional fulfillment, family happiness, and, during motherhood, a return to painting: without pressure to perform, without expectations. I found my form of expression in acrylics. Between minimalism and abstraction, predominantly monochromatic. My art has no purpose. It explains nothing, it teaches nothing. And yet, it often reflects—alone—my own inner themes.
