About this artwork
This artwork is a visual exploration of the conflicting emotions that are intertwined in our daily lives. This framework contains the dissent towards the exploitation of a wonderful land like Africa. STOP wants to recall precisely this thought. I used acrylics to capture a tumult of feelings, from warm and enveloping tones to cold and detached ones, creating a dynamism that invites reflection. By taking it home, you can immerse yourself in an energetic… atmosphere that will never cease to inspire and provoke you.
Paolo Schiavon, abstract painter, uses acrylics, earths, oxides and a variety of supports, including recovered wood. His instinctive and gestural works are techniques of brush, palette knife, sponges and sometimes bare hands, fueled by the forces of nature. His paintings convey tranquility, introspection and emotions, like a silent dialogue with the observer.
