Loving oneself to better love others and expecting nothing in return. In art therapy, we talk about self-esteem and self-confidence, but we mustn't forget to remain humble. The canvas fosters self-confidence. Facing the eternal reflection, love is whispered: "I love myself" or "I love me" written around Venus's neck; we are on theme with the goddess of love—the same song, the same offering to the beauty of one's own mystery.
