About this artwork
"Evening Silence" is the title of the painting, casting the silence of nature in a special light that can be both mysterious and mystical, as well as comforting. The suggested tree, merging with the horizon, represents the principle of life, which does not perish even in darkness and night, but perhaps even becomes more apparent (through white). The two celestial lights in yellow and red allude to a light that is more of a spiritual dimension, shining…
as a beacon of hope even in the darkness of uncertainty, fear, or grief, and in this way also giving life (expressed in red).
