About this artwork
Painting depicts a part of my living room with a TV. TV screen shows a still from a film “Predator”.
In this particular setting I was trying to partly merge objects, plants and colors of the interior with the features of the movie still. I wanted to somehow illustrate the connection we tend to develop with an artificial narratives on the screen as an occasional escape from the outside world.
