In creating this piece, I delved into the simplicity and purity of form. The bold, monochromatic ellipses are a meditative contemplation, a silent orchestration of shape and space. I wanted to evoke a sense of tranquillity and balance, a visual pause that invites introspection. This artwork, while minimal, pulses with a serene energy, transforming any space into a haven of calming sophistication.

Paulina Wong is a Chinese artist whose eclectic portfolio of works have earned her international acclaim. Wong began her artistic training early in life but took a break after completing her undergraduate degree to become a social worker in Hong Kong. She has since returned to her initial passion, studying at UC Irvine, exploring new ideas, and experimenting with multimedia techniques. Her artwork is sophisticated and creates pleasing shapes rendered in unique color combinations.
