About this artwork
Using acrylic paints, I created a mystical, mist-shrouded landscape that pulsates in soft shades of pink and green. The painting captures a feeling of tranquility and, at the same time, a mysterious tension. I wanted to depict the magical atmosphere of the forest and invite viewers to sink into a quiet dream. It brings a calming yet invigorating energy to any room.

Peter Loretan is a Swiss painter. After training as a window dresser at the Basel School of Applied Arts and intensively studying photography, he began painting in 1993. His technique is characterized by expressive colors and figurative representations, in which he collages and recombines stories.
