About this artwork
In this piece, I merged the ancestral stories of 'The Warrior Tree' with the elements of earth and water from the source, using acrylic, watercolour, graphite, and sand to craft layers of texture and various life forms. I wanted to evoke the primal connection between nature and humanity, capturing the pulse of growth and transformation with abstract, symbolic forms rooted in Aboriginal traditions.
