About this artwork
Inspired by jazz music and its unlimited possibilities for improvisation, the artist rediscovered this creative freedom with the means of painting. Every little detail plays an important role in the overall composition. Every little change in the composition changes the overall mood of the picture. Sometimes the artist leaves a painting for days until he captures the exact moment and mood in which to finish it.
The picture is painted in oil colors… on canvas.
« Abstract painting is the ability to realistically paint something that doesn't exist. »
Plamen Bibeschkov is an artist based in Germany whose paintings have been widely exhibited nationally, in Belgium and the Netherlands. His art translates the eternal struggle between darkness and light, as well as the contrasts between the storm and calm, the line and the spot, rough and soft, and warm and cold tones. Bibeschkov's striking abstract compositions are created using oils and acrylics on canvas.
