In this spirited composition, I have blended the earthiness of acrylics with the vibrancy of oil pastels to depict an abstract village scene, drawing inspiration from both Aboriginal Art and Cubism. My intention was to evoke a sense of nostalgia and warmth, focusing on the interconnectedness of community through the rustic, fragmented forms and subdued yet hopeful palette.
