About this artwork
This is a gallery quality, original abstract painting for your home or office. It was painted with the highest quality materials and will make a statement in your space.
This painting does not disappoint and is a completely original abstract fluid acrylic painting on canvas. It is an exercise in fluid painting and is unique in the emergence of texture from a surface painting. This piece is stunning in its bold and deep colorful fluid movement and… glows with brilliant tones of deep reds, electric white, and hints of magenta. The painting has a fierce, vibrant energy as cracks and surface texture emerge to accentuate the juxtaposition of color and form. The texture is unique and slices down the surface alongside the deep red and white, to give the appearance of a large glacier and canyons as if seen from an aerial view. It is the 171st in my series of abstract acrylic works.
Note: This painting is painted on 1.5" deep gallery wrap canvas and does not come framed.

Preston M. Smith is an exciting American painter whose works have been widely exhibited across the United States. Interested in construction and deconstruction, and always seeking to work in a state of pure emotion, he composes striking abstract paintings and inventive portraits that reflect order in chaos, beauty in madness.
