This is the second painting from the series struggle for power. The fight that all of us are engaged in, in order to get positions, jobs or even opportunities.
In this fight of roosters, I tried to show how bad the conflict is, and how great peace and love are. Let us understand each other, and love each other.

Qais Al Sindy is an Iraqi-American multi-media artist versed in painting, installation, video, conceptual and performance art. His multi-cultural background directly involved the analytical vision of his work. In his paintings, Al Sindy explores how people connect to each other across divides of belief, both political and spiritual. He hopes his art will enable people share their unique experiences, opening new avenue to consolidate concepts of peace, hope and love.
