About this artwork
This work entitled "Journey to the Interior" is an engraving made on 300 gram paper. Framed in a 3 centimeter black wooden frame with glass.
Sometimes I feel the need to immerse myself in abstraction to find myself, I just play with colours without a pre-established direction. The technique of engraving has a certain magic, you think you have found something and it turns out that something ends up finding you.
It is surprising and similar to what… happens when the Work finds you and by succession finds its own home.
It is a Monocopy made with special ink for engraving on 300g Artistic paper.
Delivered framed, protected with glass, with a Certificate of Authenticity, perfectly packed in a box.

« The journey is endless, like a mirror of the infinite universe. This is what I try to transmit in each painting: my commitment to learning about it all. »
Ricardo Fabian Bertona is an established Argentine painter with national exposure. Always creating from an emotional impulse, he paints through a variety of styles, from realistic portraits to abstract compositions and serene natural landscapes. This diversity reflects his intention to constantly learn and grow as an artist and a person; his work encourages each viewer to do the same.
His internationally recognized paintings are found in private collections around the world, in countries such as the United States, England, France, Germany, Sweden, Portugal, Slovenia, Romania, the United Arab Emirates, and Argentina.
What I try to convey in each painting: my commitment to life and to myself.
Each work carries its own energy, the colors, shapes, lights and shadows will touch each person in a different way.
