About this artwork
I like to group my works in series, which occur over time but are linked by a nexus. Each one is a consequence of the previous one, so much so that I could almost consider the whole set as parts of the same work, investigating issues of an experiential and personal nature on which I argue the reason for the process. From recent years, I would highlight “The Mammoth Hunter”, developed between 2010 and 2018 and composed of more than 100 works on paper,…
as well as fabrics, using acrylic as the fundamental technique. In this series, intuitive work, random expression and primary colours prevail over a studied and thoughtful compositional structure.
