About this artwork
« I want to express my feelings rather than illustrate them. »
Riccardo Vitiello is an Italian artist whose paintings have been featured in several solo exhibitions nationally. One of the central themes present in his art is "crowding", where both real and imaginary figures are so close that they overlap each other. Vitiello believes that the singularity of an individual's point of view is limiting. For this reason, his distinctive compositions depict a community of beings, creating a collective point of view.
