About this artwork
In this piece, I poured raw emotion into the contrast of bold black forms against a burning red background. The contorted, abstract shapes evoke tension and deepen the sense of struggle and resilience. Using oil allowed me to layer and intensify emotions, conveying both chaos and beauty. This artwork will bring a powerful, dynamic energy to your space—inviting reflection and stirring passion every time you see it.
Robert Nizamov was born in 1970 in Kazan. He studied at the Kazan Art School named after N.I. Feshin, then at the Surikov Art Institute in Moscow, specializing in monumental painting under E.N. Maksimov. During these years, he worked on large-scale projects and explored the expressive potential of form, color, and composition.
Since 1987, Nizamov has participated in exhibitions held by the Union of Artists of the Republic of Tatarstan. He also began working on monumental murals in Tatarstan and Chuvashia, and later in Moscow and other cities.
In 2001, he joined the Moscow Union of Artists. Throughout his career, he has combined mural work with exhibitions, continually exploring new techniques and artistic approaches.
