About this artwork
Lucie-7352, part of the mirror series, explores reality through the use of total reflection at the air-water interface. The play of illuminated mesh fabric in deep blue water symbolizes the delicate balance between vulnerability and strength, constraint and freedom. This artwork encourages viewers to interpret and find meaning on their own, fostering individual reflection and subjective experiences. Lucie-7352 invites a personal connection, where…
each viewer's readings and intentions shape their understanding of the piece.

« I switched from science to art to make people dream. I love to make reality look surreal in order to challenge the mind and be more open to the world around us. »
Robin Cerutti is a prize-winning photographer based in Canada whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Mexico, France, Belgium, and the United States. He employs photography as a medium to escape and challenge the first perception of reality. While Cerutti does not convey any outright theories in his art, his credits his physicist background as playing a major role in his artistic expression.
