About this artwork
In this painting, I explore the idea of an inner world suspended between reality and dream. A floating island with a small house becomes a symbol of personal sanctuary — a place where the soul finds silence, safety, and balance. The roots hanging in the air represent invisible connections to memory, ancestry, and inner strength, while the flowing water reflects the constant movement of life and emotional renewal.
I am inspired by the fragile harmony… between nature and human presence, and by the feeling of solitude that is not loneliness, but conscious inner peace. Through soft light, layered clouds, and subtle color transitions, I invite the viewer to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with their own inner landscape
