About this artwork
Berge haben mich schon immer fasziniert - ihre Stille, ihre Kraft, ihre zeitlose Präsenz. Wenn ich sie male, geht es mir nicht um eine konkrete Landschaft, sondern um ein Gefühl. Dieser klare, ruhige Moment, in dem man vor der Größe der Natur steht und plötzlich alles still wird.
Während des Malprozesses kann ich die klare, kalte Luft fast spüren, als würde sie über die Leinwand streichen. Schicht für Schicht entstehen aus Acrylfarbe und Struktur… Tiefe, Licht und Bewegung - bis das Bild zu leben beginnt.
Die Serie Mountains ist meine persönliche Auseinandersetzung mit Natur, Stärke und innerer Balance. Jedes Werk verbindet Ruhe und Energie und übersetzt die Kraft der Berge in zeitgenössische, abstrakte Landschaftsmalerei.
Ich arbeite intuitiv, lasse mich von Material und Emotion leiten. Meine Farbpalette ist reduziert - Schwarz, Weiß, Grau mit einigen Farbsprinkles, meine Gesten sind roh und ehrlich. Was bleibt, ist das Wesentliche - pure Emotion, geformt aus Stille.
