In this work, I combined the warmth and naturalness of wood with powerful, Celtic-inspired patterns. It symbolizes connection and permanence, and its energy draws the viewer in like a magnet. This sculpture brings vibrant primal power and timeless style to any room—a harmonious interplay of tradition and modernity. My signature will be added upon purchase.
Life paths My name is Sabine Schoen, stage name Loewenhut. Born in Berlin in 1952. Here's a brief list of my attempts to capture life in all its diversity: tailor, factory worker, founding a women's punk band, mother of two children, kitchen assistant, manager of a café for clean women, director of a large graffiti project, real estate agent, drug counselor at a therapy facility, residential educator for mentally disabled youth, kindergarten teacher. All of these, of course, are fully qualified. Artist Statement I work primarily with oil, acrylic painting, watercolor, sculpture, printmaking, and digital art. This is a long-term project, exploring an exciting new interpretation of the "Seven Deadly Sins" as they are practiced by young people today.
Education: 5 years of training in oil and acrylic painting with Bremen artist Rebeka Uhlig, who is also an overtone artist. A 2-year apprenticeship with Fahrid ad Albaki, a Syrian master of watercolor painting.
