About this artwork
In this work, reflections, I mixed acrylic, collage (on a beautiful old cardboard photo ref) and graffiti to create a visual dialogue between chaos and harmony. I worked here on vertical symmetry to give an illusion of reflection and new very soft and harmonious colors. Each texture and fragment evokes fragmented memories, reflections of raw emotions. I want this piece to bring to your space a vibrant energy, both urban and poetic, inviting contemplation…

Sarah Lanyi, initially trained in dentistry, expresses herself through watercolor, acrylic and aerosols. Using a “cut-up” technique, she randomly assembles fragments of recovered materials, creating an innovative pictorial effect. The poetry of his compositions, coming from the intuitive and the spiritual, reveals mysterious spaces of his unconscious.
