Sebastian Skowroński (b. 1976) graduated from the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, Poland, receiving MFA diplomas in Woodcut and Book Art under Professor Andrzej Marian Bartczak.
His work was nominated for an award at the 4th Graphic Art Biennial of Szeklerland (Romania, 2016) and for inclusion in The Best Polish Illustrators 3 (Fundacja SLO, Warsaw, 2017). He was selected twice for the Sztuka Teraz exhibition at the National Museum in Kraków, main building (2016, 2018).
Solo exhibitions include Reflection of Existence (Open Art Gallery, Łódź, 2020), The Body Is Divine (Kipisz Creative Space, Łódź, 2020) and My Path to Maturity (Podlaska Gallery, Biała Podlaska, 2024).
Since 2013, he has authored sebastianskowronski.com, a personal platform for reflecting on his work across printmaking, drawing, painting, and photography.
