About this artwork
The picture is created in an abstract style, but turning on the imagination you can see images of Rune Stones. The plot of the picture is dedicated to the Stonehenge - One of the most famous archaeological sites in the world. The picture performed in multilayer technique with acrylics on Italian handmade paper (ESPORTAZIONE) and due to the fact that handmade paper has a canvas texture, the image looks like a painting. The work looks great even without…
decoration in a frame with glass, because the basis is very high quality paper, which creates a canvas feeling.

« In the modern world, we have lost the ability to understand the picture and to enjoy contemplation. My creativity helps turn on the imagination and enjoy art. »
Sergey Sergeev is an experienced artist of Russian origin, living and working in France since 2013.
