Silvia Ingrid Hummer is an Austrian artist whose paintings have been exhibited nationally as well as in China and the United States. She describes her artistic process as "focusing on less" in a world of "more and more." Through the simplicity of her paintings, Hummer invites viewers to observe that "less can very well be more." She creates with acrylic, plaster, earth, charcoal, ink, and oil pastel on canvas or paper.
