Round shapes are the protagonists, of this series of paintings, they are symbols of cyclicity, returns and continuous rebirths. Every circle that appears on the canvas is a microcosm that reflects in another,… expanding and contracting in a play of resonances and invisible balances.Everything seems to rotate in an endless dance of circles, ellipses, spirals, intertwining and detaching, creatingharmonies anddissonances.

Simona Marziani is an artist based in Spain whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, in France, Germany, Switzerland, China, Italy, and the United States. Her figurative works celebrate beauty, harmony, and the balance of shapes and colors. Marziani is also inspired by the diversity of different cultures, as well as Buddhism and Eastern philosophies. She primarily creates using oils, pigments, chalk, graphite, gilding, and collage on canvas.
