About this artwork
This work is part of a collection created using liquid acrylics and gilding techniques, achieved by applying pure gold pigment powder. These materials were essential for creating the transparency effects achieved by layering different glazes and for lending luminosity to the work, which takes on different hues depending on the angle from which it is viewed. My chromatic research, which revolves around gold as the dominant pigment, led me this time…
to use it in contrast with burgundy, creating a chromatic pairing that suggests precious and unique materials. The work will introduce a touch of vibrant energy and preciousness to any space and become its protagonist.
