About this artwork
In these two works, I created an abstract background from which a colorful autumn landscape gradually unfolds. The leaves in intense shades of red, orange, green, and yellow seem to emerge from the vibrant, flowing world of color, forming a tense contrast between abstraction and the depiction of nature.
The works radiate calm and harmony, while at the same time conveying vibrancy and warmth through their vibrant colors. It is a dialogue between… movement and stillness, between the transience of autumn and the timeless beauty of its colors.
These two paintings, as a diptych – each image is 40x40 cm in size – unfold a special depth – almost as if one were looking through a window into an autumnal dream landscape.
