About this artwork
Travel sketch from Monte Gelbison. At an altitude of 1704 m, on a clear day, there is a sweeping view across the Cilento region all the way to the sea. Inside the small chapel on the mountain, the "AVE MARIA..." is sung, and I draw this cross as a symbol for the people who are very Catholic here.
