About this artwork

The inspiration behind I am... Love is to rebalance the Root Chakra. Therefore, starting with the base chakra known by its red hue, is to set a strong foundation and doing so with self love. My 'Abstract Affirmations' are therapeutic as they have helped me to grow and sustain focus on what is really important in life. I have learned the healing of ones foundations is to realign ones past, present, future including generations to come. What's your… story, what feelings does this artwork evoke for you?

Artwork created using acrylic and mixed media on board. Rose and clear quartz crystals were used to enhance the energy of love and clarity. The gold leaf and glitter are the sparks of light that emerge from the dark, giving a sense of hope. I painted the words in oil, infusing them with Mind & Body Soul Repair oil as a medium to set healing intentions.

Sophia Dionne is a British-born Spiritual Artist who bridges the physical and spiritual realms through colour, energy, and intuitive creation. Her path began in art education where she still teaches to a loyal student base in Bath. Also as a wellness therapist, where Sophia nurtures calm and transformation through touch with private clients and in various prestigious spas. All whilst answering the deafening whispers of her intuition.

Over time, her work evolved into a deeply personal spiritual practice. A dedicated card reader, and Reiki practitioner, Sophia channels healing visions into abstract form. Her pieces shimmer with chakra hues and crystal energy, each infused with love, light, and the intention to soothe the spirit.
