In this painting, I have created a delicate balance between form and color using acrylics, oil pastels, and marble powder. The abstract composition conveys tranquility and lightness, while the soft blue hue evokes a still moment amidst space and time. This work brings a relaxed, almost meditative energy to any room and invites one to pause and experience the silence.

Stefanie Betz combines her artistic development with her work as a coach, inspired by a master's degree in coaching and consulting with art-oriented methods. After an apprenticeship as a tailor and a career in retail, she found her calling in human resources development. For her, art is a dialogue—both with others and with herself. Her abstract-expressive works are created with custom-made cardboard spatulas and mixtures of acrylic, lime, plaster, and sand, often accompanied by loud music whose rhythm is reflected in her powerful paintings. In her work, Betz processes observations, feelings, and personal challenges, inviting viewers to engage in an inner dialogue and to understand disruption as an enriching experience. Her paintings encourage reflection and foster exchange and personal growth.
