About this artwork
Endless material and so the nuts and bolts whir across the canvas and I am in an elated state. Shapes emerge just as the current lockdown was a surprise. Time to adjust the screws in your head and ponder the happy state of being. Change, movement and time ticks like clockwork. No looking back into the past since , but looking forward to change or move the course. Leaving something behind was important to me, to set a full stop and never stand still…
and to enjoy your enjoyable time with imagination. Just do it! The picture is so warm, almost soft and yet full of movement. It wanders from place to place in the studio and feels at home everywhere.
