About this artwork
In this work, the figure emerges from the material as an incomplete memory. The face, barely defined, does not seek to describe, but to suggest: it is a space of silence where identity is both diluted and reconstructed.
The gestural brushstrokes and overlapping colors create a tension between presence and absence. Earth tones and bluish hues coexist in balance, lending emotional depth and an introspective atmosphere.
