MUSIC FROM HEAVEN!
When I move through a beautiful landscape, I deeply absorb its atmosphere, its energies. I spent the summer of 2023 in Maine, USA... and strolled along the beaches there, felt the sand beneath my bare feet, enjoyed the wind and the sun, and let my gaze wander softly. The wind and sand creatures of Maine inspired me to create this series. I "breathed them in" and then "breathed them out" into the picture.
In this picture I was… able to literally capture the orchestra of wind, sand, sky and music of the landscape on paper.
