About this artwork
“Big Bang” is a central work in my “Burst the Bubble” series – for me, this marks the moment when my inner bubble burst and the beginning of a new, liberating artistic expression.
I work with acrylics, applying the paints in a thick layer, and let myself be guided entirely by their dynamics. Brush and spatula help me bring the surface to life – for me, it's a place of liberation and movement.
"Big Bang" is my personal Big Bang. It tells of an inner… awakening, of the courage to leave the familiar behind to make room for the new. I find my voice in the power of color – unfiltered, raw, honest.
