About this artwork
Durchbruch bedeutet für mich, in eine neue Dimension zu gelangen. Dazu gehört große Anstrengung, da sich schwer zu durchdringender Widerstand entgegenstellt. Ein kleiner Ausblick auf Zukünftiges macht Mut. In meiner Heimat gibt es oft Durchbrüche von Wasserläufen durch Gestein, von daher ist mir der Begriff schon seit Langem vertraut.
